What makes North Drinkware products unique?
Every glass is hand-blown using premium lead-free crystalline. We use actual USGS topographic data to create a dimensionally accurate 3D representation of iconic mountains in the base of each glass, making every piece a functional work of art.
Are the glasses dishwasher and microwave safe?
While our glasses are durable, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and water to preserve the clarity and intricate detail of the mountain peaks. They are not intended for use in the microwave or with boiling liquids.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your peaks. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom or personalized etched items are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
What happens if my glass arrives broken?
We take great care in packaging our fragile glassware, but accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
